Meet our team

Dr Jesse Martin-Allan - Clinical Psychologist

Hi, my name’s Jesse, and I lead the assessments here. Since becoming a clinical psychologist, I’ve always had a passion for helping individuals gain clarity and understanding through comprehensive assessments. While I have a strong background in ADHD diagnosis and treatment for adults, I can also help with a wide range of other evaluations, including autism, intellectual assessments and various NDIS-related assessments. Being neurodivergent myself, I understand that seeking an assessment can be a deeply personal journey. Many individuals come to me with questions about their cognitive or developmental challenges, often accompanied by feelings of frustration about a lifetime of missed opportunities or feeling like these symptoms have been part of some characterological defect, as opposed to being wired a bit differently. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where we can explore these concerns together. With the right tools and understanding, I believe we can empower individuals to manage difficulties effectively without losing the parts that make a person themselves.

Lucy McKnight - Social worker

Hi, I’m Lucy, and I’m part of the assessment team specialising in psychosocial histories for ADHD and autism assessments. I’m also neurodivergent myself, which shapes how I approach this work—with empathy, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique experience. With a background in the mental health sector, I’m passionate about supporting people to better understand themselves and access the supports that align with their needs. I know that talking through your life experiences with someone new can feel deeply personal, and at times vulnerable. I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and collaborative—where you can share at your own pace and feel genuinely heard. My role is to help build a holistic picture of your experiences in a way that honours your strengths, your challenges, and your individual way of being in the world.
